Supportek Founder
Joseph Sivoli is an IT Executive and Entrepreneur with over 20 years of successful experience in IT Staffing and Consulting. Joseph specializes in Human Resources, Operations, and Accounting as it relates to running a corporation as well as motivating and rewarding outstanding resources who work for him. A strong believer in corporate culture that allows for individuality in the workplace while maintaining a kind and compassionate view to clients and staff. Joseph believes in supporting and offering all his resources decent benefits, even as a small company, because he recognizes his responsibilities to take care of those who work for him. On a more personal note, Joseph enjoys singing karaoke, fishing, and camping in his RV to refresh his spirit.
Jeffrey Maholtz
Supportek Staffing Director of Recruitment
Jeffrey Maholtz is an HR and Recruiting expert that brings 8 years experience in IT, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Legal, Government, and C-Suite staffing. His passion for staffing and recruiting developed after years of mentoring and building his teams; before that Jeff spent a decade as a Marketing Executive where his focus was on Brand Strategy. An innovative risk-taker and naturally optimistic Jeff believes those are strengths that allow him to succeed in any corporate culture. A continuous lifelong learner, Jeff believes in harnessing the insight of those around him, embracing the rapidly changing generational labor market and staying abreast of emerging technology and methodologies that are paramount to success. Jeff naturally gravitates to a culture that is diverse, inclusive and above all else cherishes integrity and respect. On a more personal note, Jeff enjoys traveling, finding those foodie spots that are hidden away and has spent some wonderful afternoons at wineries across the globe.
Sara Barnett
Supportek Staffing Recruiter
Sara Barnett is a Recruiter and the newest member of the team. She brings 19 years of experience in sales, customer relations, problem solving, and social media expertise. After helping to establish an internal call center for her last employer, her new goal is to help people make the next step in their career journeys. She understands the benefits of compassion and empathy, and the strength of individuality both in and out of the workplace. She believes that a person’s job isn’t their life, but rather what funds the life they want to live. On a personal level, Sara is a collector of vintage ephemera. She has a passion for finding pieces of human history, and enjoys running an online shop where she sells cookbooks and fashion.
